The beach at Coney Island has been one of the most attractive places. However, there are individuals that would like to visit Coney island and a pool nearby. This center is intended to provide an open public space for residents and visitors to enjoy its peaceful and healthy environment.
This recreational center is intent to be a therapeutic space where visitors can relax. The structure of this building involves vault arches. The use of curvature allows more variable and interconnected forms of architecture. These curves are continuously varying the spaces within the structure. The center includes a main area for all ages with a pool, lobby, locker room, seating area... Also, it includes a kids pool, a teaching pool and a sauna. All pools naturally shaped pools are filled with thermal mineral waters that range from 98 to 108°F in the winter to provide a soothing environment where you can relax
