This project provides permanent housing plus a therapeutic recreational center for veterans with depression and attempt to suicide. The intention is to allow individuals to socialize with one another as a psychological strategy. It is a  seven story building with double height in the first (lobby) and the (gym) in the second floor . It includes three sizes of units: studios, one bedroom and two bedrooms. The center of the building is a recreational center in which is available not only for the residents but for the public. Market rate apartments have been added to accommodate its future tenants.

The site is located in East Harlem at 1850 Park Ave. New York, NY 10035. This seven story building was designed under New York City building code and zoning regulations to preserve and create affordable housing. "On November 30, 2017, the NYC City Council approved the East Harlem Rezoning Proposal with modifications to several elements of the proposal, including maximum permitted height and density".
