Xcalibur's apartments were created to suit employers who travel from other places to work in Park Slope. The site is located at 683 10th Street, Brooklyn. NY 11215. It is surrounded by expensive and classic row houses Italianate style with elegant ornament. However, the text of a one bedroom apartment could be around $3,000.00 USD. Xcalibur apartments are affordable housing for the 35% of Americans who travel from a long distance to Park Slope to work in and cannot afford the actual rent. Xcalibur has 8 one bedrooms, 12 Studios and 3 Market rate Apartments. These 23 Units include  Amenities to accommodate the user. There is a laundry, Gymnasium, a library and a terrace.

This project follows zoning ordinances rules and regulations. My goal is to provide shelter for the “future urban growth” and be inspired by “Progressive anarchy” inspired by the existing architectural style. Therefore, zoning ordinances Maximum volume under the zoning law was a smart strategy to first follow legal specifications or approximate the angle setback and apply a sky exposure plane. It ensures a fair amount of natural light and air. courtyard, terraces which serve as open areas providing a sustainable environment.
